- Return Shipping Costs: For customers within the US and UK, we can provide a return label for your convenience. However, a $6.95 USD deduction will be applied to your refund for the use of this return label.
- International Returns: For returns outside the US and UK, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Condition of Returned Items
- Unused Items: Items must be unused and in their original condition for a full refund.
- Open Items: We understand you need to open items to evaluate them. As long as the product is not used beyond what’s necessary to assess its quality and fit, you are eligible for a full refund.
