Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a hassle-free return process. Here’s everything you need to know:

• Return Period: You can return any item within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, minus shipping and gift wrap charges.
• Return Process: To return a product, simply send it back in its original packaging. Make sure the item is in a resalable condition (unused and undamaged).
• Refund Timing: Once we receive your returned item, you can expect a refund within one billing cycle. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Return Shipping Costs: For customers within the US and UK, we can provide a return label for your convenience. However, a $6.95 USD deduction will be applied to your refund for the use of this return label.
• International Returns: For returns outside the US and UK, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Condition of Returned Items

• Unused Items: Items must be unused and in their original condition for a full refund.
• Open Items: We understand you need to open items to evaluate them. As long as the product is not used beyond what’s necessary to assess its quality and fit, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Excessive Use: If an item has been used excessively or shows signs of damage, wear, or use beyond normal handling, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for:
• Undelivered packages
• Unclaimed packages
• Returned packages
• Refused packages
• However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item), we will refund the shipping cost in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return at no cost to you. In such cases, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping charges or send a replacement item.
