We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a hassle-free return process. Here’s everything you need to know:
- Return Period: You can return any item within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, minus shipping and gift wrap charges.
- Return Process: To return a product, simply send it back in its original packaging. Make sure the item is in a resalable condition (unused and undamaged).
- Refund Timing: Once we receive your returned item, you can expect a refund within one billing cycle. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: For customers within the US and UK, we can provide a return label for your convenience. However, a $6.95 USD deduction will be applied to your refund for the use of this return label.
- International Returns: For returns outside the US and UK, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Condition of Returned Items
- Unused Items: Items must be unused and in their original condition for a full refund.
- Open Items: We understand you need to open items to evaluate them. As long as the product is not used beyond what’s necessary to assess its quality and fit, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Excessive Use: If an item has been used excessively or shows signs of damage, wear, or use beyond normal handling, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

- However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item), we will refund the shipping cost in full.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Joop! Jump Perfume for Men is an Aromatic Fougere Eau de Toilette launched in 2005 by Joop!, the German fashion and fragrance house.
Created by perfumer Sophie Labbé, it is a fresh, energetic, and slightly sweet scent with aromatic rosemary, bright grapefruit, spicy caraway, heliotrope, tonka bean, musk, and earthy vetiver.
